Recent political shake-ups prove a House divided cannot stand.

Resignations, firings and spies-Oh my! Our political system is currently facing upheaval-are you paying attention? The in-fighting that has been occurring as of late is almost reminiscent of what occurred during the Obama administration, except this time, the Whip seems to be in the hand of the more conservative factions of our political and justice system.

Although President Trump’s administration has been controversial since inception, trickles of the current flood of drama seemed to begin with the beef between Marjorie Taylor Greene and President Donald Trump. Once a vocal supporter of Trump’s administrative policies, Greene seemed to become disenchanted, leading to her resignation. As she departed, Greene predicted a coming GOP fallout in the House
“When common American people realize and understand that not one elected leader like me is able to stop Washington’s machine from gradually destroying our country…the reality is that they, common Americans, the people, possess the real power over Washington, then I’ll be here buy their side to rebuild it.” ~Marjorie Taylor Greene

Notably, Nancy Pelosi announced her intent to retire in November 2025

Which leads me to the shocking revelation that has come out of California regarding Democratic mayor Eileen Wang. Wang is accused of working as a spy for China, in addition to creating and distributing propaganda for the Chinese government through a website she and her former love- interest ran together. Interestingly enough, her love interest- Yaoning Sun- was accused and convicted of similar charges.
What other shakeups have you noticed as of late? How do you believe they will affect the future political landscape? What do you intend to do about it?
